Pansy (Pat) Marie Eaton Niles went to be with her family in heaven on January 4, 2019, with her family by her side.
Pat was born February 5, 1935, in Wheatland, Wyoming. She spent her first few years on the homestead of her mother Alma Feaster and her uncle Jack Eaton, where her play pen was the Wyoming prairie. Later, she and her family moved to Montana. Pat, her mother, and brother Jack moved to Seattle to work during WWII, then back to Montana where she continued her education, then eventually back to Seattle. Pat traveled and worked around the states, meeting and befriending many people before eventually settling back in Miles City, Montana.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband James G. Niles, daughter Alma Katherine, son James E. Niles, mother Alma Feaster, brothers Jack Hardy, Kenneth Feaster Jr., Paul Feaster, and daughter-in-law Yvonne Ketchum Niles.
Pat is survived by her step-son Michael Niles, daughter Lorna Lee Niles, son Samuel (Echo) Niles, sisters Anna (Doug) Robinette and Joanne (Dan) Fox, 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, her caregiver Kathleen Winslow, and our extended family members Bobby Kenny and Chester (Bobbi Jo) Norton.

Patty was one of the first people I met, when I moved here in 1969. She had a sense of humor, and we got along great! She will be missed by many. Although I hadn’t seen her or talked to her as often as I’d liked to, I will miss her mischievious ways! Always loved a good joke! Soar high angel!!
