Dear Mary,
I am so sory about Kelly. Even though he’s no longer in pain and it was for the best that he move on his absence is breaking your heart. Parents are not meant to lose children. I will be keeping you in my prayers for God to give you peace and allow you to remember all the blessings Kelly brought to your life and the love you shared.

My thoughts and prayers to Mary, Suzie, and family. I’ll always remember the friend’s little brother pestering on sleepovers and such, fond memories.
I found this poem and thought I’d share and pray that there is a silver lining of peace for Kelly and family surrounding the storm cloud.
“I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye.”
Tanya Ligtenberg says
Mary, I am so sorry for your loss. I’m just thankful that I was able to spend time with him the couple of times we went to Billings…I’m going to miss my friend. However, I know that he was ready to go and now he is no longer in any pain or suffering.
I love you Kelly and will always miss you!!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. May the God of Comfort be with your family. We can find comfort during these times by focusing on God’s promises for the future. Isaiah 33:24 says there will be a time when “no resident will say I am sick.” Also Revelation 21:4 says death wil be no more.
Wayne and Carola Moline says
Louie and Sue, so sorry to hear of Kelly’s passing, it is very hard to know that our child no matter how old he is or how young he is we will feel that loss until God can reunite us in a beautiful earth of Paradise, please know we extend our sympathy to you and are thinking of you, keep that wonderful resurrection promise close in mind. Acts 24:15, Revelation 21:3,4 and Isaiah 25:8. and know that our Father in Heaven will restore all things including our loved ones. Carola and Wayne Moline.

Joanne Cowles says
Please accept my deep sympathy for your loss. I have found such comfort from the Bible’s promises of a resurrection (John 5:28,29). Then we will see” the meek inherit the earth”. (Psalm 37:29) Then we will also see the promise for future earth “death will be swallowed up forever” (Isaiah 25:8) Only Jehovah God can bring the earth back to a paradise condition which is the promise of God’s Kingdom for which we all have been told to pray (Matthew 6:10) in the Lord’s prayer. This prayer will be answered and then you can welcome back your Patrick.
