Funeral service for Patsy Ann Rollings of Colorado Springs, Colorado will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2005 at the First United Methodist Church with Pastor Ginny Bettendorf officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m-4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the First United Methodist Church in Gillette, Wyoming.

Patsy Ann Rollings, age 68, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2005 at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital of natural causes.

Patsy Ann Rollings was born on July 11, 1936 the daughter of Elmer and Gladys (Ness) Knopf in Summit, South Dakota where she was raised and educated. On September 5, 1970 Patsy married Nicholas Rollings in Beaver Creek, Minnesota. Nicholas and Patsy raised three daughters and one son in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Everyone who met Pat said she had the most wonderful sense of humor even when she was in the hospital. Her biggest passion in life was her children and grandchildren. She was the only babysitter that three of her grandchildren ever had. Pat also had a passion for staying up to date on all of the current events going on around the world. She loved to dance the jitter bug, and also giving to others in the community. Bingo was also a big part of her life and cleaning whos ever house she was visiting.

Pat is survived by her husband, Nicholas Rollings of Colorado Springs, Colorado; son, Todd Rollings of Colorado Springs, Colorado; three daughters: Kim Gunnels and Bobbi Sumner of Gillette, Wyoming; Amy (Derek)Spaulding of Colorado Springs, Colorado; five brothers: Gene (Aleda)Knopf, Homer (Marie) Knopf, Jim (Sharon) Knopf, Ronnie (Darlene) Knopf all of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Bob (Marlene) Knopf of Hills City, South Dakota; three sisters: Joyce (Jim) Roberts of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Ramona Rudebusch of Ortley, South Dakota; Vivian Schmeling of Watertown, South Dakota; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, two brothers and two sisters.
