Deepest Condolences & prayers from my family to yours. I’m sorry to hear the loss of Phillip. He worked with Isadore & I back the late 90s as our Office Clerk for JTPA. He made us laugh never a dull moment with him. He told me he never worked in a clerical position before but he liked it. He did good work nothing to stressful. He left back to Blgs after he finished his job. RIP Phillip

Phillip will be missed by many, including me. Growing up, Phillip played football, basketball. He wrestled. He was a boxer. Heck, he even played tennis. He was really good at everything he did. He was a good brother and taught me many things. I held him in high regard. Life can getcha down. He, above all knew and experienced that. The biggest lesson he taught me was, don’t let it keep you down-

I knew Phillip during 5th-6th grade in Lockwood. He was a good friend to me as the new kid. We loved talking about football. I was recently thinking about my short stay in Billings and his name came to mind (along with Jay Cornier). I was saddened to hear of his passing. I have good memories of Phillip. At that time, my name was Scott Pflueger.
