Randy Hazlett

Visitation: will be from10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service on Tuesday

Funeral Services: will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at the Wright Baptist Church in Wright

Interment: will follow at the Wright Cemetery

Funeral Service for Randy Hazlett of Gillette, Wyoming will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at the Wright Baptist Church in Wright with Pastor Alan Kiefer officiating. Burial will follow at the Wright Cemetery. Visitation will be from10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service on Tuesday. The family has requested that everyone dress is casual attire.

Randy Hazlett, age 46, died on October 20, 2004 near Wright, Wyoming from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Randy Joe Hazlett was born on September 12, 1958, the son of Fred and Betty (Jordan) Hazlett in Springfield, Ohio, where he was raised and educated. After graduating high school, he lived in Kaycee, Wyoming where he worked on an oil rig. He also spent some time in the Dallas, Texas area. He then moved to Gillette in 1999 to work in the oilfields. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and friends.

Mr. Hazlett is survived by his parents, Fred and Betty Hazlett of Hemphill, Texas; one brother: Mike Hazlett and sister-in-law, Deb, of Wright, Wyoming; two nieces: Julie Hazlett of Casper, Wyoming and Krissy Langston of Eugene, Oregon; two uncles: Dean Hazlett of Buffalo, Wyoming and John Jordan of Dayton, Ohio and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one cousin, Mark Hazlett of Urbana, Ohio.

A memorial has been established to benefit Hospice of Campbell County Memorial Hospital. Donations may be sent in care of the Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home at 210 W. 5th St., Gillette, Wyoming 82716. Condolences may be sent in care of the Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home or via the internet at stevensonandsons.com.

    I graduated from JVS in Springfield, ohio with Randy he was one of my best friends I’ve missed him and thought of him many times I kept wanting him to look me up

    If anyone knows anyone or anything about my frend Randy would you please contact me in Springfield ohio I would love some pics and to know how he was doing we had lots of fun in my 68 dodge hemi we would ride Around Springfield but we had lots of fun in JVS one day I was welding and Randy snuck up behind me I had welded a name of a girl I like he loved to tease me contact me at moparll@ yahoo.com or call me with any info 937-244-9361
