In Memory Of

Rhonda Hodge, age 65 of Forsyth

October 29, 1955 – December 28, 2020

Rhonda Hodge is sadly missed by her loving mother, Neva Celaya, beloved wife of late Dwight Hodge. Much loved mother of Rachel Heberle (Brandon), Renee Fallsdown (Larry), Randi Yerger (Jeremy); cherished grandmother of Lex and Kyleigh Heberle, Lyla and Cora Fallsdown, Rylee, Jaxon and Raylee Yerger; dear sister of Joseph Celaya, Gary Celaya (Jennifer); loved aunt to many nieces and nephews, all those she loved and touched deeply. She will forever be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Rhonda, our loving and devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend to all whose lives she touched on December 28, 2020.
Preceding her in death are her devoted husband, Dwight Hodge; daughter Mica Noel Bohart and father, Ernest Celaya.
Rhonda Deann Hodge, age 65, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2020. She was born on October 29, 1955 in Los Angelas, California to Ernest and Neva Celaya. She married the love of her life, Dwight Hodge, who preceded her in death in October 2020.
Rhonda was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as grandma. From the first time she met her first grandchild leading her to her final days, she let them know just how much she loved them.
It would be wrong to say that Rhonda lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Rhonda stayed strong. Though her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Rhonda. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight.

I can’t even begin to tell how sad I am for you, with all that you have gone through this year. Rhonda was such a fun person, she had such a big heart, loved animals, and was a true artist at heart with a great sense of humor❤ But the most important things to her were her FAMILY. She loved you all so much❤
