It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Robert Lynn Bixby, 68 of Kirby. Bob passed away peacefully on May 17, 2016 surrounded by family and friends at the St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, Montana. Robert “Bob” Bixby, also self-identified as “Bitching Bob” and “Bob,” he was the 2nd youngest boy of 4 born to Helen and Ed Bixby. Brothers include Mickey, David (Dominga), Ronnie, deceased (Wanda). Bob lived most of his life in Kirby he graduated from Busby School. As a young man Bob enlisted in US Naval Seabee’s, he also served in Vietnam. This is where Bob’s passion for vehicle and maintenance grew. In 1970, Bob married Norma Westika Bixby, she had daughters Dawnley Trujillo (Dan), Valerie Trujillo (Bill), Tilly Donnafield, and Lexi Donnafield, together they had Terri-Raye Bixby-Burns (Jack) and Kevin Lee Bixby (Crystal). There are numerous Grand-children and Great Grandchildren. Bob and Norma raised grandson Hooper Thompson (Maya and their child Tylin). Bob was previously deceased by his parents and Grandson Christian Bixby, Grand-daughter Jessica Pine and Daughter In-Law Lana Bixby. Bob’s uncanny way of conversation will be missed by everyone. Husband, Father, Brother, Grand-Father, Great Grand-Father, Uncle and Friend, you will be missed by everyone.

So saddened by Bobby’s passing. So many memories of Bobby, his brothers, and the fun we had so many years ago as young kids.
