Maheo called Robert “Tim” Jefferson Sr. (Fly Swift at Night) home, on May 11, 2017, with his companion, Sherry Wolfback, at his side.
Robert was born in Los Angeles, California to Nancy Yellowrobe and Robert Cook Sr. Robert was a very proud to be a Northern Cheyenne and always proud of his heritage.
Robert loved to do native art of all types and spent numerous hours to complete a portrait or drawing which included comical art. His artwork was displayed in Bonnie Kahn Gallery in Northwest Portland, Oregon.
His employment and trades included, the Ashland Sawmill and BIA Fire. Education that was completed at Chief Dull Knife College includes: GED, vocational training in carpentry, and welding; followed by his training in Phoenix, Arizona, for heavy equipment operator, and truck driver with a CDL.
Robert is survived by his companion, Sherri Wolfback; mother, Nancy Yellowrobe; brothers: Douglas, Faron, Lawrence, and Robert Cook Jr.; sisters, June and Doris; Children: Roxanne (her son, Cole Count), Two Moons Keenan, Robert (Tasha) Jefferson Jr., Heavenly Rose, Ziony (Noah), Starr Jefferson, Marylou Jefferson, Sage Clubfoot, Danny Rouge Clubfoot, and Sharay Starving Bear.
