Robert Kale

Funeral Service: will be held on Monday, February 20, 2006 at 11:00 am at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City

Interment: will follow at the Eastern Montana Veterans Cemetery with full military honors provided by VFW Post #1579 Honor Guard

Robert Jesse Kale, age 76, of Miles City, MT passed away at the Veterans Administration Nursing Home in Miles City, MT.

Robert was born onApril 19, 1929 in Savage, MT to Jesse Henry and Nora Belle (Daniels) Kale. He attended schools in Savage and graduated as valedictorian of his high school class from Savage High School. He proudly enlisted in the United States Army where he served for 2 years as a specialist 3rd class. Bob was stationed in Japan on December of 1955 as a radar operator. Upon his honorable discharge, he and Shirley were married in Miles City in 1953 and again in Helena on February 14, 1997.Bob was a parts manager for over 50 years in Sidney at LaLonde Motor Company, Harpster Chrysler Dodge in Glendive and Haggerty Motors in Great Falls until his retirement in 1993. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, playing cards, reading and shooting pool.

Bob is survived by his wife Shirley, daughter Sheila Kale, stepson Kim (Connie)Kilroy of Dalton, Georgia, 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and two sisters-in-law; Bette Kale of Miles City and Betty Kale of Billings, MT.

He was preceded in death by his three brothers, 4 sisters and his parents. He had many close family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 20, 2006 at 11:00 am at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Interment will follow at the Eastern Montana Veterans Cemetery with full military honors provided by VFW Post #1579 Honor Guard. A Luncheon will follow at the V.F.W. Condolences may be sent to the family by visitingwww.stevensonandsons.com.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Relay For Life or to the charity of one's choice.
