Interment: will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Wolf Point

Ronald Gene Ronnie Desjarlais, Sr., age 56, of Wolf Point, MT died May 9, 2004 from a myocardial infarction.

Ronald was born February 8, 1948 in Belcourt, ND to James and Roseanna Desjarlais. As a small child he moved to Wolf Point and has lived here ever since. He was a laborer and worked for the railroad for a time. He served two years in Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1970. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Timothy, Ricky, and Richard; and one sister, Margaret.

Ronald is survived by two sons, Shane Rhodes of Glasgow, MT and Ronnie Desjarlais, Jr. of Ft Duchesne, UT; one daughter, Sheryle Desjarlais of Roosevelt, UT; and two brothers, Orville Desjarlais of Billings, MT, Edward Desjarlais of Wolf Point, MT, five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be Thursday, May 13, 2004 from 2-8pm at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point with a sharing service beginning at 7pm. Funeral service will be Friday, May 14, 2004 at 10am at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Wolf Point. Pastor Ken Azure officiating. Luncheon will be at Wolf Point Community Hall after burial.
