Sharon “Sherri” Schauer, age 57, passed away on June 23, 2018 at her home.
Sherri was born on November 25, 1960 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of Hank (Janet) Maser. She lived in Indiana until the age of 15 and moved to Greybull, WY. There she attended high school. She met Dan Schauer in 1989 and they have been together 28 years. Together they moved to Meeteetse, WY and ranched, etc., for 15 years. They moved to Sheridan County ranching for 8 years before their final move in 2013 to Powder River County where they have lived since.
Sherri loved to be around people, cooking for everyone, and spending time on her 20 acres of land at Tongue River Reservoir. Hawaii was her favorite place to go and relax.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Michael. She is survived by her husband Dan; sons, Michael, Craig, Alex, Scott and 4 grandchildren.
