Shirley H. Perin …age 84 of Clyde Park, Montana, passed away on March 11, 2023 at home after a short illness. Born September 4, 1938 in Livingston, Montana to Ray and Theresa Spooner. Shirley had three brothers – John, Jimmy and Tom; and two sisters – Margie Scott and Gracie Printz. She leaves two children, Rick Perin of Rock Springs, Wyoming, and Lynn Perin of Colstrip, Montana, and many nieces and nephews and cousins. She married Dale Perin on October 10, 1968, and lost him on May 15, 2012. They lived in Livingston, Colstrip and Clyde Park. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm on March 18 at the Shields Valley Community Center in Clyde Park. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Stafford Animal Shelter or Bozeman Cancer Center in Shirley’s name.

Shirley and Dale were the best neighbors we could have ever asked for. It was so cute to see Shirley listening to her sports on the radio while Dale was always busy working on his patio and yard. One story Dale talked about that we loved was how they ended up with an elephant in Livingston. You will always be part of our fond memories of early Colstrip.
