Sylvia Lynn Morrison, age 53 was a wonderful mother of two very beautiful children, Maya and Dontel Cowans who always cherished her life and times spent with her.
Sylvia lived and grew up in Busby, Montana during her childhood. Later in life, moving to Utah to finish school where she later got married to her husband of 34 years. Sylvia also worked as a medical assistant and worked construction as a flagger for years that she enjoyed very much!
my mother was such a beautiful person in and out, I always remember her making sure we ate regardless of what was going on in our lives, she cared for everyone so much. All those mornings she’d wake me and my brother up for school to all those times she would ask me how work was when I walked in the door. I’ll miss it all, especially her cooking. You could always tell it was made with love regardless of what it was, and she would always teach me what to do along the way. She was always so brave and I looked up to her for that, I always will. I love you mama and I will miss you until I get to see you and hug you again. We’ll talk about all the things I did when we meet again.
Now I can’t fit a whole life, my whole everything onto a piece of paper, but I’m trying.
God bless you and I hope you’ve made it up there safely, I already know you’re dancing around and enjoying yourself, you definitely deserve greatness everywhere you go.
Sylvia had many accomplishments while going to school, she was very successful in everything she did. She always carried herself with grace and a magical smile that would light up any room. She is very much loved and remembered by all who knew her. We love you Sylvia, you will never be forgotten.
Sylvia is survived by her son, Dontel; daughter, Maya; sisters, Paula, Regina and Dora Morrison; brothers, Felix Jr., David Morrison, Sam and Orville; numerous nephews and nieces. The family would like to apologize if they left anyone out.
