Stacey Michelle Christianson, left this earth on February 15th 2011.
On June 12th 1971, Stacey was born in Great Falls, Mt to elated parents, Roger and Eve Benson. After leaving Great Falls she and her family arrived in Colstrip, MT, where she attended school and graduated in 1989. Her path led her into the Army where she quickly became a specialist as a combat medical nurse. During her tour of duty, Stacey proudly and bravely served her country in Operation Desert Shield as well as Operation Desert Storm. Returning from the gulf she finished her tour with the Army receiving an Honorable Discharge for her efforts and actions. Returning to being a civilian Stacey worked at St. Vincents in Billings while going to school to further her career. Stacey later transferred out of Billings to go to school in Sheraton, WY to study to become a dental hygienist. After graduation she moved back to Colstrip to begin working for Dr. Cambell and raise her young son Alex. It was at this time Stacey met her soul mate Ken Christianson. Stacey and Ken became walking partners and were married on 10/5/01, merging their two families together for the next 10 years.Stacey lived, loved and laughed every day of her life. She always had a positive can do attitude and Suck it up and drive on was the mantra she marched to. Knowing Stacey I am sure that is exactly what she would want us to do. She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by us all.
Stacey is survived by her loving husband Ken, children Amanda, Alex, Tyler and Rachelle. As well as her proud mother Eve, brother Steve, nephew Parker as well as countless family and friends.
