Oh Steven…. My heart is sad knowing that I won’t get to see your grin any more, or the mischief in your eyes. But, I know how happy you are now, back with all of the friends who left before you and probably chasing after some deer. I know I haven’t gotten to see to much of you over the past couple of years, but you were definitely one of the best parts of the last 17 years of my life! Love you Always!

I’m gonna miss getting you up in the mornings and telling you good morning, I’m gonna miss your big bear hugs and smootches. Thank you for making me a better trainer these last 2 1/2 years I love managing Stephanie and seeing you everyday, you made my days fun and eventful. Love you buddy fly high.

Steve was a unique guy. I remember when he was just a boy, and the struggles he had over the years with health issues. Through it all he had a sense of humor and an interest in how things worked – if something mechanical could be taken apart, Steve would figure out how to do it. I remember the special bond he had with his mother, and the enjoyment he had when he was able to go hunting with her. God speed, Steve.

I just happened across this obituary. I worked with Steve at Eastmont when I graduated from high school 40 years ago! He quickly became one of my favorites. He was cute, sweet & mischievous! But he had the best laugh! I often think of those kids & know of a couple who have passed on. They started me on a lifelong love of working with children & adults like them. My sincere sympathy to you in the loss of Steve.
