In Memory Of

Tameron Jordan Medicinebull, age 25, of Birney

February 4, 2000 – November 29, 2025

Tameron Jordan MedicineBull, Ota-tavaestse “Feather with Many Colors,” age 25, of Birney, Montana, was called home by our heavenly Father on November 29, 2025.

Tameron J. MedicineBull was born on February 4, 2000, in Billings, Montana, to Tory and Verna MedicineBull. His arrival on a cold, wintry night brought a sense of completeness to his parents’ lives. From that moment, he became their heart outside of their bodies, destined to love them unconditionally. His beauty and cry resonated deeply with all who heard him.

Tameron grew up in the Ashland and Birney areas before moving to Bismarck. At the age of three, his father joined the Army, leading them to relocate to Ft. Stewart, GA, from 2003 to 2006, where Tameron attended school on base. As an “Army Brat,” he transitioned from Georgia back to Billings, where he enrolled at Newman Elementary, before moving to Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs to continue his education. Regardless of where he went, Tameron had a remarkable ability to make friends. In 2008, the family returned to Montana, and Tameron attended Crow Public School. He later transferred to Pretty Eagle Catholic School from 4th grade through part of 7th grade. The family then moved to Copperas Cove, TX, where Tameron completed 7th grade. After returning to Crow Agency, he went back to Pretty Eagle, graduating 8th grade. He attended St. Labre High School and graduated in 2019, forging wonderful and lasting friendships along the way.

After graduation, Tameron enrolled at Sheridan College, majoring in welding. Due to the pandemic, the welding program was temporarily halted, leading him to Shiloh Technical Institute in Lovell, Wyoming, where he worked as a welder. He later moved to North Dakota, engaging in road construction, and eventually found a position with United Tribes Technical College as a maintenance man. Tameron was never one to sit idle; he always had a plan and became known as “Tam the man with a plan.” He returned to Lovell to complete a two-year program, earning his Associate’s degree in Metal Arts. He made his home in Billings, Montana, with his fiancée, Catherine Monroy, and their unborn baby. To support his family, he worked various jobs, including at Fred’s Appliance, Lesman Iron Works, and most recently, EPCON Sign Group. Out of all the jobs he held, he took being a big brother the most serious. It wasn’t just a role to him it was a promise, a responsibility, and a source of pride.

During high school, Tameron was a well-rounded student-athlete, excelling in numerous activities. He was an honor roll student and participated in football, basketball, cross country, track and field, FFA, and the St. Labre Drum group. Throughout his high school career, he received numerous accolades, including being recognized as a Triathlete, earning All-Conference honors for basketball and football, and being named Sports Roundup Athlete of the Week for Track. Whatever he pursued, Tameron excelled.

As an adult, Tameron enjoyed a variety of activities, including hunting, fishing, roping with his dad, snowboarding, skateboarding, working on cars “wrenching”, camping, boating, archery, horseback riding, helping his dad with cattle, and participating in sweat. He had a deep love for Jesus and kept up with his daily scripture readings. Tameron also adored animals, especially his dog, Flash.

He is survived by his parents, Tory and Verna MedicineBull; fiancée Catherine Monroy and their unborn baby; two younger brothers, Tegan and Tyler MedicineBull; paternal grandmother, Connie MedicineBull; maternal grandfather, Ellis “Rabbit” KnowsGun; paternal uncles, Heath (Brooke) MedicineBull and Jason Kaline; paternal aunt, Amber MedicineBull; maternal uncles, Lyndon (Rona) Driftwood, Allen KnowsGun, Joe (Kristie) KnowsGun, and Jordan (Roni) KnowsGun; and his kaale mom, Alma “Ozzie” McCormick. Additionally, he had adopted parents, Cory and Daniell Poitra; an adopted grandmother, Grandma Buffer; and special aunts and uncles, Tristan (Sarah) Good Luck and Vance (Kimberly) Takes Enemy. His godparents were Heath MedicineBull and Dawn PlentyHawk, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Extended family included the Kingfisher, Bearchum, Russell, Klemp, Whitehorse, Littlewhiteman, McCormick, KnowshisGun, Hogan, Driftwood, Jefferson, Bird Hat, Bear Don’t Walk, Bird, and Smart Enemy families.

Tameron was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Kenneth MedicineBull; maternal grandmother, Davida Littlewhiteman; and maternal uncle, Myron Lee KnowshisGun.

We apologize if we have overlooked any family members, as our families are extensive, and Tameron loved everyone he encountered. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported the family during this difficult time.

The loss of a child is extremely difficult & a heartbreak 💔 Tameron is my grandson, he showed me respect and love whenever we saw one another, he always came up to me & hugged me. I’m not going to say, “be strong” because it’s not possible! I can only imagine that beautiful Spirit Camp where he will be with his grampa Kenny Medicine Bull as well as our relatives that are going to welcome him ❤️ Tameron was an angel on earth 🌎
