Taylor Thomas Pisk, 33, of Bozeman, Montana, formerly of Terry, Montana, passed away on February 11, 2025.
Taylor was born on October 8, 1991, to Tom and Kay Pisk in Miles City, Montana. Taylor graduated from Terry High School in 2010 as a valedictorian. He went on to study Civil Engineering at Montana State University where he excelled academically as well. After graduating with his degree in civil engineering, he started working with PRG Group, beginning his over 15-year career as a Senior Project Manager. His work ethic and attention to detail served him well. Taylor took great pride in his work and cared deeply about the homes he helped create. His work has been highlighted in national magazines, a true testament to his care and attention.
Taylor was born with a charismatic personality. He had a joke and smile for everyone he met and was a joy to be around. His quick wit meant he could keep people laughing about the most mundane of life’s events. Taylor loved being outdoors, fishing, and hunting. He had a passion for fly-fishing and loved spending his free time tying his own flies. He was often known to stop on his drive from work to go fishing in the summer before heading home. Taylor loved music, and introducing new songs to his friends and family was something he could always be counted on to do with great pride. Taylor also loved photography and capturing the beauty of the great outdoors. His love for his work and hobbies was only surpassed by the love he had for his family and friends.
When thinking of Taylor, we will celebrate the good memories we have of him. We will remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest. Taylor will be missed more than any words could ever express, but he will live forever in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him, until we meet again.
Taylor is survived by his parents, Tom and Kay Pisk; his sister Sarah (David) Reuss; his brother Trevor (Taylor Gooch) Pisk; and his niece, nephew, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Taylor’s family request memorials to be made in Taylor’s name to the Terry Save Our Pool Fund, 406-635-5411 or visit the Save Our Pool Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/saveourpoolterrymt or to Project Healing Waters at https://www.projecthealingwaters.org/?s=donations.

My heart is so saddened for the Pisk family and all those who knew and loved Taylor. When I think back to the many young childhood memories I got to share with Taylor living across the alley from him and all our other friends, I think of them with such joy and fondness. Taylor was always so kind hearted, sweet, and joyful as a little kid. He would participate in us girls antics and games, play basketball with us, and spend many nights out late playing tag and wiffle ball.
