April 3, 1950 – September 30, 2024

On September 30, 2024, Taylor Sidell Trowbridge passed away at the Montana State Nursing Home in Lewistown, MT. Taylor was 74 years old.
Taylor “Sid” Sidell Rhoads was born April 3, 1950, to Frank “Dusty” Howard Rhoads and Mary Mae (Hall) in Miles City, Montana. She was the second oldest of eight children. She lived with her family until she was about 6 and was sent to Boulder, MT to a boarding school. When she was about 19 years old, she had her first daughter, Dianna, who was born in Helena while staying with her sister Mary. She then returned to Boulder for a short time, before moving back to Miles City, MT in 1970.
She met Marion Henry Pratt and they went to North Dakota to marry. They were married for 10 years. To this union two daughters were born, Deloris “DeeDee” and Susan “Sissy”. They lived in Miles City and Glendive. They did separate and divorced in 1980. She then married Raymond Trowbridge and they lived in several places including Copenhagen, Cascade and Vaughn in Montana.
After the death of Raymond, she moved to Billings until she needed extra care and was moved to Lewistown to live in the nursing home.
She loved pugs and all other small dogs. She enjoyed doing word searches in her spare time. In her younger years she loved playing softball while living in Vaughn. On her many adventures she loved visiting and making new friends. There was no such thing as a stranger.
She is survived by her daughters, Dianna (Sam) Badgett of St. Maries, ID, Deloris (Ken) Koppinger of Dickinson, ND and Susan Pratt of Miles City, MT. Her grandchildren Jared and Sami Badgett, Cody (Maddie) Koppenstein, Katie (fiancé Kylen Miller) Koppenstein, Jordan Koppinger, Natasha (Renn) Ewalt, Samantha and Payton O’Connor. Her siblings Richard (Sherry) Thomas, Mary Welch, Kelly Rhoads, Dawn Rhoads, and Melody Cooper and many nieces and nephews.

A favorite memory is when I saw her walking down the street in Billings talking and laughing with Gunther. She lived in the moment and enjoyed the people around her. She loved family, family dinners, hugs, photos and stories. May you rest in peace Sid.
