Terry Mark Chamberlain, 60 of Miles City, Montana passed away Sunday November 22, 2020 at his home in Miles City. He was born October 1, 1960 in Baker, Montana to Winifred and Frieda Chamberlain.
In 1977 he and his twin brother Gary joined the Marines. After returning home he worked many years in the meat processing industry. He worked for Reynolds, Quality Meats of Montana, and the USDA. When his health took a turn, he found himself working for Eastern Montana Mental Health Center as the house manager, helping those who were recovering addicts.
Terry enjoyed camping, fishing, doing puzzles, and model cars. He enjoyed watching his Minnesota Vikings and anything on the history channel. He and his friends spent lots of time balking tackwards which was always interesting to listen to. He got great enjoyment driving up and down the dike, which is where he taught his children to drive. Most of all he had love for his children and supported them no matter the cause.
His survivors include his children Suzette (Joel) Kleinsasser, their son Paxton, Alexis (Zac) Rupe, their children Boden and Kaylea, Mark (Heidi) Chamberlain, and Ashley (Billy) Hubbell, their children Hayden and Peyton. Six brothers and sisters Billy (Karen) Chamberlain, Elsie (Leo) Efta, Diann (Mel) Mytty, Juanita (Gordon) Milne, Larry (Gloria) Chamberlain, Leonard (Lennice) Chamberlain. Sister in law Vickie Chamberlain and brother in law Art (Sally) Peabody. Numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Winifred and Frieda, sisters Arlene and Mary, twin brother Gary and nephew Kenten.

Trenton Standing Rock says
I sure miss this man. Terry was one of the biggest influences on me getting and staying sober. He helped me along the way and then invited me to apply to work with him at the Sober Living home. He helped me get a job there where I worked with him up until his retirement. Terry was and still is a big influence in my life, when I had problems he was a phone call away with a no nonsense approach to problems. Miss you my friend, I hope we see each other again one day.
Trent Standing Rock says
I still have a hard time believing Terry’s gone. If it weren’t for him I don’t think I would have stayed sober or ever started working with addicts myself. I sure miss this man, I can only imagine how badly his children and family must have felt losing him.
We didn’t talk daily like we did when we worked together or when I was in the house but we spoke at least weekly. He’d text or call to just see how things were going and I’d text or call to get advice or just to get something off my chest. Terry was a helluva good man, I sure think of and miss him a lot.
