I loved to visit with Terry, I miss him and his dog timer can be together now, he had a kind heart and he liked to joke around, I used to pick on him about grading the roads when he worked for the county, he would get a little worked up but then he would laugh and smile, his face would just light up when we went to see him, I’m sad to see that he passed but I’m glad I met him

I used to love spending a week each summer with our Strand cousins at the farm, although Terry’s sense of humor did get a little irritating! One time Linda and I were playing catch across the yard with Terry and Mike. I thought the boys took a long time retrieving the ball and throwing it, but when I caught it all covered in cow poop I was NOT a happy girl! Terry and Mike sure got a laugh out of it though.
My condolences to my Strand cousins, but may the good memories bring a smile to you all.

I remember Terry as our neighbor in the Elmdale community. To the family, may your memories of him bring you peace and comfort.

Terry admitted to being “spooked” by a cattle mutilation; he enjoyed the Augusta Rodeo thoroughly and spent a 3 day Missouri River float on a large raft always wearing an inner tube (he couldn’t swim). He enjoyed his time off but worked hard at being a cowboy and ranch hand. I’m sorry he missed my phone call on January first. Rest in Peace, my friend.
