Tiffany was born on November 22, 1987 to “Robbie” Burns and Lynelle Speelman at Crow Agency Montana.
Tiffany attended school at St. Labre Indian School; graduating from Colstrip High School in May of 2007. Tiffany also attended Miles City Community College. Tiffany met Jimmie Tushka III and from this relationship was born her sons, Kadence Robert and Dominick Riley.
Tiffany had worked various positions with the Northern Cheyenne Tribe, including but not limited to, Rainbow Head Start, Northern Cheyenne Tribal Housing, Cheyenne Depot, Tribal Court, and at the time of her death she worked at the finance office in the tribal building.
Tiffany was preceded in death by: her father “Robbie” Burns; older sister Lisa Marie “Mimi” Burns; step-father, Wayne Tall Bull; grandparents: Dempsey and Annie Burns, Irvin Speelman, and Orville Speelman Sr.; cousins, Melissa and Josh Curley.
She is survived by: her mother Lynelle Speelman; sons, Kaydence and Dominick Little Wolf; sister: Shalane Burns; nieces, Amralee Shaniece and Aiyanna Marie; nephew, Michael Shane; the love of her life, Garret Fisher; uncles: Michael (Kristi) Speelman, Gilbert (Tracy) Speelman, Robert, Jeff Speelman, Ronnie Burns, Jack (Terri) Burns, Jimmy (Sue Chen) Burns, and J.D. (Amy) Burns; grandmothers, Nellie Speelman, and Amy Foote; aunties: Maya (Wayne Weide), Georgia Burns, and Bonnie (Wesley Spotted Elk) cousins: Chandra, Alyssa, Laney, Hilary, Marisa, Michelle, Robert Jr, Irvin, Rylee, Roseann, Angel, Derick, Ronette, Ronnie, Robbie, Alan, Wyatt, Wacey, Hooper, Wylee, Tyler, Rylan, Harlee, Jolene, Sugar, Mia, John Jr, Payton, Waylan, Kyle, Shanlynn, Lane, Stacey, Phylis, Melanie, Jayna, Georgette, Junior, Casey, and Cassie.
