Memorial services for Toni Michele Sander of Gillette, Wyoming will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2005 at Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Gillette, Wyoming with Pastor Ralph Reed officiating.
Toni Michele Sander, age 43, of Gillette, Wyoming died on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital from complications of pneumonia.
Toni M. Sander was born on November 23, 1961, at Hill Air Force base in Layton, Utah on Thanksgiving Day the daughter of Jim and Barbara (Tucker) Chatfield. She graduated from Montrose High School in 1979 in Montrose, Colorado. Toni married Allen Sander on July 27, 1984 in Gillette, Wyoming. She was an exceptional mother. Toni was very active in the Boy Scouts at the local and district levels, and she worked to help with Merit Badge University and Boy Scout Day Camp every year. Toni worked for Burger King in Gillette for at least 12 years. In keeping with her generous nature and the way she lived her life, she gave the gift of life to many others though the donations of her organs.
Toni is survived by her husband, Allen Sander of Gillette, Wyoming; two sons, Michael and Jeffery Sander of Gillette, Wyoming; mother, Barbara (Burt) Metcalf of Montrose, Colorado; father, Jim (Thelma) Chatfield of Aurora, Colorado; two sisters, Pam Morrill of Cortez, Colorado and Jenny Davis of Gillette, Wyoming; one step brother; three step sisters; maternal grandparents Earl and Margaret Tucker of Big Water, Utah; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family.
