Interment: Riverside Cemetery in Brockton

Traci LaRae McKay, age 13 of Poplar left this world on December 14, 2006 in Billings Montana. Cause of death is under investigation.

She was born to Eugene and Juanita McKay on December 9, 1993. Traci enjoyed playing basketball, volleyball, and running track and cross country for Brockton where she attended school in 6th grade. She also enjoyed attending pow wows where she excelled in the jingle dress. She enjoyed hanging out with her friends, which are to numerous to mention. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her and loved her.

Traci is survived by her parents, sisters; Jennifer, Tiffany, and Alyssa, brothers; Eugene Jr. McKay and Kevin Old Horn, aunts; Doris, Iris, and Patricia McKay, Roberta Bird, Connie (Albert II) Kirn, Martha (Lawerence) Black Dog, Her uncles; Eugene (Roberta) Bird, Vernon Koffman of Bozeman, her grandpa Joseph Jone's of Oswego, her grandma; Gladys Lewis of Brockton, MT. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandmothers; Alves Bird, Theresa McKay, uncles; John Walking Eagle Sr. and Patrick McKay II.

A Wake will be held Monday, December 18, 2006 at the Brockton Cultural Center with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 10 a.m. at the Brockton Cultural Center. Interment will be held at the Riverside Cemetery in Brockton.
