Vava Watts, age 85 of Miles City, Montana, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2006 at the Holy Rosary Extended Care in Miles City.
Vava was born on January 31, 1921 in Bradley, South Dakota, the daughter of Cecil and Inga Fisk. On August 17, 1940, Vava and Thomas Watts were united in marriage. To this union four children were born; Vernon, Roger, Donna and Kathy. Tom and Vava moved from South Dakota to Montana in 1949 where they farmed. In 1958, they moved to Miles City, where they resided until moving to Renton, Washington in 1972. After Tom passed away in October of 1993, Vava continued to live in Renton until August of 2000 when she came back to Miles City where she has resided ever since at the Friendship Villa Care Center.
She is survived by her four children; Vernon (Wilma) of Stafford, VA, Roger of Laurel, MT, Donna (Skip) Reynolds of Kent, Washington, and Kathy (Bob) Chapweske of Miles City, MT, and all of her nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Momma, we will always miss you and love you, as will all the people that knew you and whose lives you touched.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, May 29, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. at the chapel of Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home. Should friends wish, condolences may be sent to the family by visitingwww.stevensonandsons.com.
