Funeral Services: will be held on Friday, July 30 at 10 am at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel
Interment: will follow at the at Greenwood Cemetery
Victoria L. Smith, age 55, passed away on July 27, 2004 at Northeast Montana Health Services in Wolf Point. She was born November 30, 1948 in Sacramento, CA to Roy and Ruby Lange Richardson.
Victoria was raised in California and attended schools there. In 1964 she moved to Wolf Point. She met her husband, Robert Smith in 1972 in Oswego and they were married January 18, 1973 in Havre, MT where they both attended college and lived for 10 years. They moved back to Wolf Point in 1982 and have lived here ever since.
Victoria enjoyed singing gospel songs, flowers, fishing, gardening, being with family and her grandchildren, and sharing her love for Christ with anyone she could meet or tell. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Wolf Point.
She is survived by her husband Robert L. Smith of Wolf Point, daughters Ceceilia (Greg) Solberg, Loretta (Jeff) Wozniak, both of Wolf Point; sons Lee (Sharri) Vandall of Wolf Point and Rick (Terri) Evans of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Malia Fowler of Snohomish, WA, Cassandra, Elizabeth, Aubreigh and Alexander Solberg, Gabrielle and Savannah Wozniak, Brittney, Hannah and Daniel Vandall all of Wolf Point, and Brandy and Michelle of Houston, TX. Her mother Ruby Lange of Sacramento; 4 sisters, Ceceilia Robinson, Mary Nelson, and Patricia Richardson, all of Sacramento, CA, and Pamela Daniel of San Antonio, TX, and numerous nieces and nephews, also survive her. She was preceded in death by her father Roy Richaradson and ex-husband Lyle E. Vandall.
A wake will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2004 beginning at 4 pm with a prayer service at 7 pm at the Wolf Point Community Hall and ending at 8 am Friday. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 30 at 10 am at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel with interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
