    April 24, 2019 at 12:19 am

OH do Don and I ever have a lot of memories of Wade! They are mostly from Cohagen School days for me. Wade was my very first crush. He always looked out for me went I started school in Cohagen as a 3rd grader and I thought he walked on water. Then when I was going to Beauty college in Miles City, he was on the police force there. He was still a very handsome guy and always so friendly —until 1 night I got a call to go get some friends and haul them home from the bar. It didn’t always happen but that night I was totally sober when I got there to play taxi driver. However I ended up being hauled in (by Wade) for an open container that 1 of my friends handed to me just as they saw Wade drive up and stop. Not at all funny at the time but we did laugh about many times over the years. He was very pro like but I could tell he kind of got a chuckle that night too. We lost track of Wade for a number of years as happens in life but we still remember him as a friend from the old days. So very sorry to hear that he has passed away. Our condolences and thoughts to his family.

  35. Doug and Teri Zook says

    April 26, 2019 at 9:25 am

We are so shocked and saddened to hear that Wade passed away.
Doug has many memories as kids playing with Wade in Cohagen and says Wade always had the BEST Tonka toys:). He was afraid of horses, and if Doug rode over to Schmidt’s house on his horse, Wade would beat it inside – HA! He visited with him many times when Wade was selling cars for Selover in Billings.
He was a nice guy and very kind.
Our sincere condolences to Pete, Terry, and the rest of the family. We are sorry for your loss.
