Walt – thankfully you were where you were the happiest surrounded by nature and quiet. You lived hard and you lived fast but you were the straightest person and a rare human being. You put everyone before you and as some have said about you the epitome of the the accidental businessman

On Sunday, July 31, 2017, this world lost a beautiful human being. Larger than life, Walt lived more than most could in 53 years. Wanting nothing more than to be Loved for who he was, he Loved others for who they were giving of his abundance freely to so many and no one who tried could ever out give Walt. Flawed as we all are, Walt persevered as we all should. Never did I hear Walt whine or ask why me, a soldier’s soldier to the end. I will surely miss my dear friend and remain ever his Loving friend. May the Angels bring you to the feet of our Father in Heaven and there Richly reward you. Be at Peace Walt, I Love you brother! Wes

The world is less one of the most genuine, generous, true to the heart people that I have ever known. Walt was one of a kind to be sure as anyone who crossed paths with him instantly understood. Would give you his shirt off his back with no hesitation and never ask anything in return. He did run hard but always with a smile and heart of gold. I will miss him dearly and can’t stand the thought of never hearing “another brown going down” again…..may be up there in the Ranch in the Sky, God can help him with his casting!! Love you Walt and your memory will never fade to me and all of the people whose lives were better because you were a part of it.
Stacey Gerhardstein says
Sometimes all you can do is echo what has already been said. I hope you were aware of how you impacted people’s lives, and if you weren’t, I pray you are able to see this from Heaven and know you were loved.

Walt was a mentor and a dear friend. We shared many good meals, good laughs and more than a few tears. He had the biggest heart of any man I’ve ever met. He always helped anyone who needed it. His generosity is legendary and his eyes so blue, were a reflection of his deep emotions, both running hot and cold. A finer man there never was.
Walt, your light still shines in my heart. I’ll see you on the other side Buddy. You will be missed by many! I love you.
