Tommy became “RABBIT” while growing up in Jordan when after a hunting trip one winter with a friend when they got some rabbits. After the hunting trip, they decided to warm up in a local establishment. The bartender refused to serve Tommy. I met Mr. Graham when he was first admitted to the VA. At that same meeting I was told to call him Tommy …. that he didn’t know that other guy lol. It was my great privilege to help take care of this man who was always up and going even when he didn’t feel his best. Tommy soon became part of our expected routine and was always there to greet staff and watch out for other Veterans. I can’t imagine being separated from family at the end but know that Tommy was never alone. My sincere sympathy to all of the family.
