Wilma Bernice “Billie” Shull, age 89, of Miles City formerly of Billings, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 in Miles City at the home of her daughter.
Wilma was born on May 20, 1915 in Moccasin, Montana, the daughter of Charles Fred and Verna Susan (Hampton) Rector. Wilma graduated from the Deaconess Hospital with a three year degree in nursing. She married Garlin Duncan Shull in July of 1938.Wilma loved to play bridge and pinochle. Wilma enjoyed spending time with her family.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, her daughter, Garlene Myers, sisters: Opal Barrett, Betty Wicker, Bessie Ellis, and Leota Reifer, her brothers: Charles Rector and Ellis Rector.
She is survived by her daughter, Gayle Struck and her husband Jerry of Miles City, MT; three brothers: Robert Rector of Moccasin, MT; Lynn Rector of Lewistown, MT; and Guy Rector of Reno, NV; three sisters: Geraldine Strause of Great Falls, MT; Freda Stuart of Billings, MT; and Virginia Newton of Boise, ID; a son-in-law, Ken Myers of Colorado Springs, CO; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
