Carol Ann Green, age 52, of Miles City, passed away on November 17, 2003 at the Holy Rosary Extended Care after a brief battle of cancer.
Carol was born on November 19, 1950, in Tulsa, OK, the daughter of Aldus and Viola Syverson. She attended school in Alexandria, VA, Minneapolis, MN, and Seattle, WA. She attended college at Eastern Montana College in Billings, which later became MSU-Billings where she graduated with her teaching certificate. She started her teaching career at South Stacey school in Sonnette. She was married to Robert Loy Green on May 31, 1975 in Billings, MT. Upon the arrival of her two children, Aaron and Allison. Carol took some time away from being a teacher to stay at home with her children. She started teaching again at Sacred Heart School in the fall of 1988. In 1991, Carol became involved with the Sacred Heart Church Pastoral Association and the Holy Rosary Heath Centers Pastoral Care. Carol was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Ministerial Association and the St. Rose Circle.
Carol is survived by her son Aaron of Miles City, MT, her daughter Allison and friend Shawn Kurtz of Bozeman, MT, one brother Wayne Syverson of Naperville, IL, and her sister Sharon Hudson of Fairfax, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents.
