On Wednesday October 23, 2019 Winifred Maxine Wilson loving mother and grandmother passed away in Miles City Montana at the age of 91 following a brief illness.
She was born August 19, 1928 in Council Bluffs Iowa to Harry and Ena (Hanson) Conaway. She attended school and worked at Blue Star foods and Playland Park in the Council Bluffs area. In 1948 she met and married Edward Lindeman. To this union one son was born Dennis. In 1952 while working at Playland Park at the bow and arrow stand she met and married Robert Wilson. They had four children, Patricia, Earl, Carl and Karen. Because Robert was in the Air Force she lived and traveled extensively in the United States.
Besides her family she loved to garden cook do crafts and make homemade canned goods. But one of the biggest things she loved doing was driving through the Black Hills of South Dakota especially Spearfish Canyon and Roughlock falls.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents and only brother Wendell. Also preceding her in death was two sons Dennis and Carl, grandson Jeffrey Lindeman, great-grandsons Timothy Lindeman Jr and Devin Broberg and one great-granddaughter Hailey Wilson. She is survived by children Patricia (Broberg-Davy), Jim Davy (Darby MT) Earl and Sherry Wilson (Greeley CO) Karen and Steve Morris (Miles City, MT), 15 grandchildren , 28 great-grandkids and 13 great great grandkids.
