Xavier Rae McDonald Hota’e namos “Left Buffalo” Age 15, of Portland OR passed away on August 21, 2022.
He was born June 19th, 2007, in Portland OR. Son of Jacqueline Bessie McDonald.
Xavier grew up in Portland OR. He also spent some time with relatives in Busby and Lame Deer Montana. He spent about a year and a half with his Get`eh where a special bond was created with his baby cousin Jessie. Xavier cared very much for his Northern Cheyenne heritage this was passed down from Gloria Jean Redneck Big Back (great grandmother) and Elisha Big Back (grandmother). He loved football he was a hardworking and kindhearted young man. Xavior was a part of the SwiftFox Society.
He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Eugene Big Back Sr., Gloria Redneck Big Back, Leonard Wolf Black, Virginia Wallace (grandmother) Ora Louise Big Back, Harry Big Back, and Mother Jacqueline Bessie McDonald.
Survivors include Elisha Big Back (grandmother) Justine Bautista (aunt) Gloria Big Back (sister) grandparents Benno Big Back Sr., Sharona Rowland, Eugenia and Kenneth Duhart, Charles and Debbie Big Back Sr., Eugene Big Back Jr., great grandparents Jennifer Red Fox, Rhoda Glenmore, Vincent Whitecrane, Aunts Mankonae, Hotahae, Charlotte, Deanna, Denisha, Charold, Julia, Jamie Grace Chantelle; uncles: Charles Jr., Christopher, Oda, Brody, Little Gene, Steven, Michael, Jason, Xavier, Leland; cousins: Christopher, Brianna, Cheyenne, Deanna, Oda Jr., Genie, Lulu, Jesse, Cadence, Chloe, Cassidy, Cody, RJ, Lily, Nico, Desiree, Julia, Estrella, Lorenzo, Wapo Ulysses Jr., Raina, Roberto, Eiden, Geronimo, Ramseys Robin, Javier, Matt Jr., Kaelyn, Kaliyah and Bonnie.
