Arthur passed away on Saturday morning on February 27 at home in Colstrip.
Arthur was born on May 28, 1926 in Wibaux to Harry and Katherine Galster.
He was an Army veteran and served in the Korean war. While there, he met and married his first wife, Joyce. They were blessed with three children. They divorced in 1981. He married his soul mate, Rosalie on December 26, 1986. Art was a master woodworker and spent many hours in his workshop after he retired. They enjoyed 30 years of retirement and did a lot of traveling, visiting relatives and seeing the country. The last few years, they just enjoyed being at home. They started many happy memories.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, and brother in law, Marion and Ed Provine; son in law, Ken Brown.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rosalie (Rose); daughters, Meg (Randy) Milligan of Richland, WA, Karen (Lynn) Palmer of Phillipsburg, MT, Nancy Brown of Whitehall, MT, Jackie (David) Dobb of Port Orchard, WA; son, Thomas Galster of Butte, MT; grandsons, Jeramy Galster of Anchorage, AK, Christopher (Rayma) Dobb of Port Orchard, WA, Gregory (Kristen) Dobb of Spokane, WA; granddaughters, Angela Japhet of Whitehall, MT, Alecia (Charles) McDougal of Sheridan, MT, Kodi (Mike) Laird of Dillon, MT; great grandchildren, Alyssa Japhet, Steven Japhet, Koy and Logan McDougal, Maylee and Cameron Dobb and Lilith Laird; cousin, Margaret Reiberg.

Rosalie and Family – I am so sorry to hear of the loss of this great man. Art was such a talent – he not only was a great friend in the old neighborhood, but a great craftsmen.
