Darren Dukart, age 52, of Fallon.

January 12, 1966 – September 4, 2018

Darren D. Dukart, age 52 of Fallon, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at his home surrounded by family after a battle with cancer.

Darren was born on January 12, 1966 in Miles City, MT. He was the son of Daniel and Shirley (Gaub) Dukart. He grew up in Fallon and attended grade school there as well. He went to Terry in middle school and graduated with the class of 1984. While attending school he enjoyed participating in the sports program, basketball being his favorite. Darren started farming at the age of 18 after graduating high school. Over the years he was into raising cattle as well as a custom cattle feeder and even broke a few horses when he was younger. He was a member of the FSA board and tenured out as the chairman. He was also a member of the Prairie County Conservation District. Darren married Delite Cameron on February 17, 1990. To this marriage they had a daughter Dani, February 11, 1993. He loved to watch Dani in her sporting events over the years. One of Darren’s dreams was to get the Fallon Bar up and running again after it was lost in a fire. Being the driving force, Darren was able to help get it going again to what is now the thriving “BD” Bar in Fallon. He loved to socialize whether it came to having a drink with friends, snow skiing, hunting, bowling, playing darts, or helping at brandings. His hunting jaunts to Eddie’s camp were responsible for numerous good memories and laughs. He also loved to travel and especially enjoyed their last trip to California when Claude Brown gave them the royal tour of the area and vineyards. Darren’s favorite time of year was beet harvest and silaging with his best “Team Dukart”, Art, Mike, Jim and Kelly. In his down time he enjoyed to watch the History Channel, Sci-Fi and the Weather Channel. One of his favorite hobbies was to sing karaoke especially Alan Jackson’s songs. His recent promotion to “Papa” was his favorite past time. He loved taking Coy on the 4 wheeler and tractor rides sharing his love of farming with him.

Darren is survived by his wife Delite of Fallon, MT; daughter Dani (Tim) Hudson; his grandson Coy Hudson; parents Daniel & Shirley Dukart; sister DeeAnn (Chris) Neumann and children Cierra, Skyler and Logan; brother & sister in laws Clark (Johnna) and children Nathan, Pete and Kenny; Twila (Craig) Lunde and children Tate, Tel, and Annika; and Connie Cameron. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Park in Fallon, MT. A pot luck luncheon will follow in the Park, bring a lawn chair if so desired. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting: www.stevensonandsons.com.
