Dennis Wayne Corson, age 55 of Butte, passed away on November 17, 2015 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT due to heart complications.
Dennis was born on August 2, 1960 in Concord, New Hampshire. He was the son of Walter & Patricia (Griffith) Corson. He graduated High School from Concord High School and went on to attend college at Western Piedmont to study business law. He married Katherine Corson on December 18th, 1981. He started his own painting business called P.W.G. He owned and operated this business until the day he passed away.
Dennis’s enjoyments in life were his five children and seven grandchildren. He also loved gardening, painting and hiking. Dennis also enjoyed classic rock and roll while enjoying a drink with his kids. Animals and his dog Tiny were also near and dear to his heart.
Dennis is survived by his children: Joshua (Odessa) Corson of North Dakota, Beth (Zack) Acord of Maine, Crystal (Douglas) Voss of Miles City, Zechariah (Ashley) Corson of Miles City and Urijah Corson of Miles City and his sisters: Darlene Knowles and Kerry Corson both of Concord, NH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren Rose Marie Corson, Hannah Marie Corson, Braeden James Corson, Zoie Rose Corson, Bryce Davidson Acord, Blake Elijah Wayne Corson. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine Corson, his father Walter Corson and brother Terry Corson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Interment will follow in the Custer County Cemetery. Dennis was my cousin and my older brother Maurice, sister JoAnne, and I lived with his family during the early to mid-1970’s. The last time I saw Dennis was in 1981 at his sister Carrie’s wedding.
