Hazel was a good friend the past ten years or so. I met her at our local farmers market, she liked buying my homemade jelly. I started working at HRH and met her there as a patient and we always had a good visit, she was always happy and had good things to say. I really enjoyed her friendship.

Hazel, what a wonderful friend. What an amazing woman.
Hazel had such an interesting life. She was an incredibly intelligent woman. Hazel had so many stories to tell. Yet, when I was with her, she was always interested in my life and my stories.
She genuinely cared and listened. She would say, “Oh, I don’t want to talk about me, I want to know what’s happening with you?” How many friends cross our paths, who really care and want to listen to our stories?
Hazel touched my soul, and I know, she is still there now.
Lucille says

CONNIE BLONIGEN says
Don, Marge and all of Hazel’s family. I was greatly saddened to hear of Hazel’s passing. She was a wonderful friend and I will certainly miss stopping by her house to visit on our trips through Miles City. She always had a smile and was happy to see us and we enjoyed visiting and her one of a kind sense of humor. We always left with a hug and a “love you”. She was the best neighbor to my Dad and they had many adventures that we all loved hearing about. Rest easy, Hazel, and tell Dad hi when you see him!
Dave Baldwin says
Remembering Hazel always brings wonderful memories, smiles and at times hysterical laughter. Those grade school years at Whitney Creek were always brighter when she came to pick up Don and Marge, especially when she would bring the red mustang that Don wanted to drive home. I don’t remember that she ever allowed that though!!!!
The brandings and meals afterwards were always a lot of fun, sometimes into the late evening. The stories were always funny and lessons could be learned if one would listen. Those dancing eyes and infectious laugh still echo in my ears…Blessings to you Don, Marge and family.
