With a heavy heart, my thoughts and prayers go out to the Jacquie Getten Manyen family with the loss of a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, friend. She was an inspiration to me and during some of those long nights after working all day, night classes and challenging homework – I would catch her on line and she would always say the right thing to lift me up. She encouraged me and got me thought some difficult times. I will miss you Aunt Jacquie.

Dear family and friends of Jacqueline Iris Getten Manyen – I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. May God give you peace and comfort through his sure promises to end pain, mourning and death (Revelation 21:4). At that time no one will say “I am sick” (Isaiah 33:24). Almighty God also promises to fulfill our desires, not just our needs (Psalms 145:16). Cherish all the happy memories of Mrs. Manyen and be further comforted by Bible promises (John 17:3).

Our love and prayers go out to the Getten Manyen families. Jacquie and I lived in the same house for the better part of 10 years. We rode our stick horses all over Zurich, Montana, our Pogo Sticks over a 2 block area in Havre Montana, and our bicycles all over Winnett, Montana. We spent hours playing school in the basement of the house behind the Gusher Bar. Our Labs, Boots and Champ were our companions. Later in life as our husbands would share their trucking stories Jacquie and I would share our memories. Jacquie and John will always be dear to our hearts. Their children and grandchildren are precious reminders of their lives. Carl & Barbara Howard

Condolences to Jacquie’s family. Russ and I were Winnett High School classmates of your mom and grandma. I have a wonderful handmade quilt keepsake that she made for us on our 25th anniversary. She was a bridesmaid at our wedding so when she made the special effort to come to our celebration we were so delighted. Brought tears to my eyes. In our few visits that were able to have, she was proudly telling me about her children and all her grandbabies. Her family was her life. Jacquie was a good friend and we both will cherish the good memories of her.
