I remember Dolly was very beautiful as a young lady; she reminded me of the young Sophia Loren. She
rode my dad’s horse, Mule Train, in the ladies’ races at Crow years ago. She was very athletic with quiet confidence. As a child learning English I combined my Cheyenne name with my English name, and it sounded weird. More recently, when I would go to the casino, I would hear her calling me loudly by that combination name. I would get embarrassed, and she would laugh and laugh. I will miss her dearly.
