Richard A. Olson passed away on May 21st at the age of 86. Richard was born March 10th, 1929, to Ollie and Regina Olsen.
He was the youngest of five children. Richard enlisted in the Navy when he was 19 years old. On returning from the navy , he worked in construction with his sister Grace and her husband.Richard then traveled to Montana and worked at many occupations.In 1985, he married Lorena Morast. They were married 29 years and enjoyed many trips and good times together. As they grew old together,Richard was a faithful and caring spouse to Lorena.
Richard was a avid hunter and fisherman. He spent many hours fishing onthe Yellowstone River and hunting deer north of Terry. Many great fish mealswere shared with family and friends.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife Lorena, his brother, Harold, and sisters Grace, Irma, and Dorothy. Richard is survived by a niece, Patty McCarthy (Doug Kelso) , a nephew James McCarthy, a step-daughter Wanda Bronson (Doug) and a step-son Cory Morast.
Burial will be in the Prairie County Cemetery and no services are planned.

So Sorry for the loss of Dick. Vicki just visited him not long ago and he was ready to go as he was in pain. He has overcome his pain and can visit with old friends. I’m in our living room that Dick helped Bob Larson build. A great guy and he will be missed. RIP Dick!! The Lindvigs
