Tonyell Charley-Hernandez, 44, of Portland, Oregon formally of Billings, Mt went to be with the lord on October 9, 2019 surrounded by family at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center. Tonyell was born to Thomas Charley Sr. and Ethelene Killsnight on February 6, 1975 in Billings, Montana. A true daddy’s girl, Tonyell traveled often with her father, a marine, which allowed Tonyell to experience so much in life. A proud member of the Northern Cheyenne Nation she often traveled to Busby to visit her beloved mother. At the age of 14, Tonyell met the love of her life, Jose `Ramon’ Hernandez in Portland, OR. They completely fell in love the moment they met. Within two years of meeting they welcomed their first child, Ramon L. Hernandez. Also bringing three beautiful daughters into this world, Tyrae, Makyla, and Alejandrah Hernandez. Ramon and Tonyell had a beautiful 30 years of marriage, being the devoted husband he is, he held her hand at her bedside until she took her last breath, telling her “Don’t be scared were all here and I don’t know how I’ll find you again but I will!”
Tonyell is proceeded in death by her aunts Alice Risingsun and Florene Taylor. Cousins Troylynn and Lonnie Taylor and Niece Marika Willard. Tonyell is survived by her beautiful grandchildren; Marianna, Amelia, & Salvator. Brothers; Thomas Charley Jr of Busby, Micheal Willard of Minneapolis, MN. Sisters; Shawna Charley, Shannon (Robert) Cunningham, Daphne Taylor, and Leona Wolfblack. Nieces; Aaliyah (Marty) & family, Chantae & kids, Danika and kids, Nicole and kids, Stephanie and kids, Haven and kids, and last but not least her namesake Lerena Willard. Nephews; Chad and kids, Hailey and kids, Darius and kids, Ethan, Tavian, Taye, Jarrat, Gonzalo, Jose, and Brenden.
Numerous family members we apologize if we missed anyone at this difficult time, we have a very large family.
