There are no real words that can truly express what those closest to my Uncle Warren feel at this time. He was a man of conviction, purpose, and integrity. He lived his life with great passion and love for his family, and friends. He was a pillar of strength for his children, his nieces, and nephews, his grandchildren and his great grandchildren. I remember him from the days when he worked his fields from sunrise to sunset. He always had time for a laugh or a hug, or song on his guitar. He showed his love to all his family in words and action. I honor him for the man that most men will never be, for the father that he was to three girls not his own, and for the faith that he showed us in his life and church. His love for all was so evident always, as it was for his fellow neighbor. We should all strive to teach others to live as he lived, love as he loved, and be a beacon of strength to those who matter in this world. I have the deepest respect for his marriage to my dear aunt Liz, for whom they will be an example of surviving the worst, and celebrating the best that life has to offer. They are and will be my heros, and my other parents forever. To Liz and Carin and Virginia, and all of the families: Honor him, miss him, and remember how he has changed YOUR life, and so many others. He has spread his love to many places, and that circle of love will continue to grow. God Bless!!!!!! We celebrate him in his new life with the Lord.

I know what he meant to all of you as he will be sorely missed. One of my fondest memories is how my grandpas face would light up the instant he saw Warren. Our loss is Grandpa Otto’s gain ,for now his best friend is coming over for a long awaited visit, for this reason I am at ease. Thank you Warren

Marcia Wall says
My Uncle Warren was bigger than life! When I was a little kid, we would spend several weeks on the farm with Liz and Warren and my cousins Carin and Virginia. The chickens were everywhere and so were the bum lambs. We fed all the animals with zest and enthusiasm. Warren appreciated the help until we dug an enormous hole in the ground right where he needed to drive his wheat trucks. Yeah, that was a problem! With his gracious nature, he said it was okay. The next day, he filled with old tires and anything he could find. I love Warren because he loved me. He was like a father in so many ways. I celebrate his life because he was part of mine. He was my hero and Uncle Warren. I will love him forever. Your niece, Marcia
